1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note: During peak promotional events or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will notify you promptly via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines depend on your destination:

3. Specialized Packaging for Baby Gear

Due to the specialized nature of our items—such as lightweight strollers, stroller-crib conversion kits, and baby carriers—we utilize reinforced, shock-absorbent packaging to ensure all structural frames, fabrics, and accessories arrive undamaged.

Note: Larger shipments (e.g., convertible stroller-crib sets) may arrive in multiple packages. In such cases, you will receive corresponding tracking numbers for each parcel.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Status

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking reference and carrier details.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking code to activate on the carrier's tracking portal.
If you have not received your shipment within 10 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact our support team at http://vevnqz-cm.myshopify.com/ with your order number.

5. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Delivery

Because strollers and nursery furniture require signature confirmation and physical delivery due to parcel dimensions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical home or business address during checkout.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

EU Orders: Prices and shipping rates for orders within the European Union include applicable VAT and face no extra customs barriers.
Non-EU International Orders: GRUAS Y TALLERES SANTO DOMINGO SL is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged Packages or Transit Losses

We take great care in inspecting items before dispatch. However, if your order arrives visibly damaged:

Please take clear photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product immediately.

Our customer service team will file a claim with the carrier and immediately arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Address Corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has left our facility, address changes may incur courier re-routing fees.
